Multi Device IPTV Service — Stremzi’s multi-device IPTV service allows you to stream on up to 5 devices simultaneously from a single subscription. This guide explains how to add devices to your existing plan.
Multi Device IPTV Service: Understanding Device Limits #
Your plan determines how many devices can stream at the same time:
- 1 Device plan — 1 simultaneous stream
- 2 Devices plan — 2 simultaneous streams
- 3 Devices plan — 3 simultaneous streams
- 4 Devices plan — 4 simultaneous streams
- 5 Devices plan — 5 simultaneous streams
Important: You can install Stremzi on as many devices as you want, but only the number permitted by your plan can stream at the same time. Trying to stream beyond your limit causes connection errors.
Method 1: Use Existing Credentials #
If you have a multi-device plan, simply use your same Xtream Codes credentials or M3U URL on each device:
- Install your preferred IPTV player on the new device (see device setup guides)
- Add a new playlist using your existing username, password, and server URL
- Channels load — you can now stream on this additional device
Method 2: Upgrade to More Devices #
Currently on a 1- or 2-device plan and want more? You’ll need to upgrade your plan:
- Visit the pricing page
- Select a plan with more simultaneous devices
- Complete payment
- Contact support to upgrade your existing credentials, or use the new credentials provided
Best Plan by Household Size #
- Solo viewer → 1 Device plan
- Couples → 2 Devices plan
- Small family (3 people) → 3 Devices plan
- Standard family (4 people) → 4 Devices plan
- Large household / shared → 5 Devices plan
Tip: Best Value for Multi-Device #
The 5-Device plans give you the lowest per-device cost. For example, the 5-Device 2-Year plan costs about $1.93/month per device — far cheaper than buying separate single-device plans.
“Max Connections Exceeded” Error #
If you see this error, you’re trying to stream on more devices than your plan allows.
- Stop streaming on at least one other device
- Wait 1-2 minutes for the system to release the connection
- Try again on the new device
- If the error persists, contact support — there may be ghost connections to clear
